CleanAIR® particle filter
The complete production program of CleanAIR® canister filters offers a wide choice of filters for most industrial applications, pharmaceutical industry, laboratories and agriculture. The filters are supplied with a standard connection thread RD40×1/7“ according to EN 148-1.
Particle filters capture and retain particles (solid and liquid aerosols, including dust, mist, smoke, microorganisms) from the air passing through them. Particle filters are classified according to their efficiency and are marked with the letter “P” followed by a number indicating the efficiency, or level of protection provided.
There are also filters that are only certified on a PAPR (e.g. CleanAIR® AerGO®, D-Bug, Asbest, Basic EVO and Basic 2000) according to EN 12 941 and are marked “P R SL” instead of P3. All currently produced CleanAIR® filters offer better efficiency than 99.95%.
Gas/vapour filters
These filters are designed to remove gases or vapors as specified by the manufacturer. Gas/vapor filters are classified by their capacity and the type of substance(s) they can be used against. Their capacity refers to how much of the specified contaminant they can sorb (as measured in a laboratory test under set conditions). In general, we can say that class 2 gas filters can be used in higher concentrations or for a longer time than class 1 filters.

Exceptionally light and compact ventilators
Special emphasis has been placed on low weight and easy handling. The replaceable Li-Ion battery is seamlessly integrated into the housing of the unit. When you place it directly on the mask, there are no cables or hoses to restrict your freedom of movement.
Combined filter
Combined filters provide protection against hazardous gases and vapours as well as particles.
Areas of application
The system is suitable for use in environments with particulate contamination, particularly for asbestos removal work or in the construction industry.
